We can carry out turbo conversions and upgrades to increase boost levels or convert N/A engines to turbo charged (or supercharged). WeCustom turbo kits will only carry out this work in a manner which will ensure the safety and longevity of an engine. We will not just 'up the boost'. We will address all necessary areas, including but not limited to: intake cooling, engine cooling, engine compression ratio etc. We will do all this for the best price possible, too. We do this by avoiding buying kits wherever possible. When parts are purchased individually, rather than as a kit, cost can be reduced significantly and parts can be tailored to your exact needs. You also avoid paying for parts you don't need, such as an ecu, if yours is already re-programmable. Additionally, no kit will make the most power possible, for this you have to go custom.

As you can imagine, the cost varies with how Beastmuch power you want to make. This is mainly due to the extra parts that need replacement as power levels go up. We have tried to outline some of the prices below. For a more complete example of pricing and structure of tuning a turbocharged vehicle, see our 3SGTE tuning example. Prices and tuning packages given below are for (safely) increasing boost only. Other parts, such as exhaust systems or camshafts, could give great increases when combined with these, but are not included for ease of pricing. Of course, discounts would be available if doing such extra work at the same time.

For engines with existing turbocharging systems: Prices for 4 cylinder engines Prices for 6 cylinder single turbo engines Prices for 6 cylinder twin turbo engines

Basic (+5-7psi):

Larger turbo (re-conditioned), bigger injectors, water injection system (or bigger inter cooler), megasquirt ecu:

Better (+7-12psi):

Larger turbo, bigger injectors, water injection (or intercooler), omex 600 ecu, replacement pistons:

Best (+12-17psi):

Larger turbo, bigger injectors, water injection (or intercooler), Link G2 ecu, replacement pistons, fuel pump, replacement con-rods, head studs, oil cooler, equal length manifold, external wastegate (to atmosphere) and downpipe to suit:

For engines without existing turbocharger systems:
