Tuning: 
We offer a range of performance engine tuning and handling upgrade packages. We can undertake any project you require, from basic breathing work, stand alone engine management systems, internal strengthening or capacity increase to full rebuilds or even NA to forced induction conversions or complete engine swaps. We are more than happy to take on one off projects and complete track day or competition prep work. This would Include sourcing and fitting of safety equipment such as fire extinguishing systems and roll cages if and when required. We can also offer weight reduction work and space framing if required. In short if you want it don’t be afraid to ask us, (even if others have turned you away). We will be more than happy to consider your requests and wherever possible provide you with a very competitive quote.
We can offer anything from a mild tune (eg. air filter and exhaust system) to whatever you may desire.
For most tuning enquiries we ask you to tell us what kind of power/torque you would like to make, or how much money you want to spend. Not both. We will not compromise on reliability and as we always strive to do the work for the lowest  price you can be sure you're not throwing your money away. Since every car and every customers requirements are different we can't offer much in the way of online pricing but we have laid out some examples to give you an idea. Standalone E.C.U. fitment:
We can supply and fit virtually any E.C.U. you want but our weapons of choice are Link Electrosystems of New Zealand, the range of features are second to none. These include but are by no means limited to: up to 4d mapping with air inlet temp and water temp correction, up to 3d boost/water/nitrous control and many inputs and outputs. Configurable to suit a vast range of cars, with some available as the cost effective plug in variety. Get in touch so we can give you a quote for your application.
Turbo Conversions and Upgrades:
As with E.C.U.'s, we can fit most brands but we highly recommend the race proven Garrett (which has the added benefit of being very cost effective if reconditioned turbo's are used) . We can supply/custom make all parts needed to increase boost or convert a car from normally aspirated to forced induction safely. We have in development (and available to buy very soon) a number of devices to do just this.
Normally aspirated tuning:
We can offer all levels of N/A tuning including compression increases, cams and adjustable pulleys, stand-off injectors, over-bores, dry sump modification, breathing alterations and multi choke carb or throttle body conversions. We can also offer super bike throttle body conversions on some applications where cost is an issue.
Engine Swaps:
We will undertake certain engine swaps including making custom engine mounts if necessary.
Suspension and Braking:
We can carry out suspension tuning of the highest quality, with grip and/or comfort as the focal point, not just 'feel'. This includes uprating shock absorbers and anti-roll bars, bushes and or rose joints and geometry. We can also offer space-framing and fibre glassing where desired. Uprated brakes are a must on any car tuned or driven beyond its design criteria therefore we gladly offer these from upgrades to higher spec/different model or full two piece race rotors and muti-piston calipers. |
