Produces noticeable gains on most engines and a must on  highly boosted engines to avoid imparting extra heat to the charge and to increase turbocharger efficiency.
Cylinder head porting, involving smoothing out all casting/machining flaws in firing chambers + ports, basic re-structuring of ports + chambers, basic intake port matching, polishing of exhaust ports + chambers and lapping + re-working of valves.
£550 for a 4 cylinder engine/head £800 for 6 cylinder heads.
Extra @ £200 per head (excluding new gaskets and/or head bolts)
