• Cylinder Head Porting: From £275

Produces noticeable gains on most engines and a must on highly boosted engines to avoid imparting extra heat to the charge and to increase turbocharger efficiency.

Basic cylinder head porting, involving smoothing out all casting/machining flaws in firing chambers + ports, basic re-structuring of ports + chambers, basic intake port matching, polishing of exhaust ports + chambers and lapping of valves.

• With cylinder head removed from car:

£275 for a 4 cylinder engine/head £350 for 6 cylinder heads.

• With cylinder head still on car, drive-in drive-out (est 3/4 days)

Extra @ £150 per head (excluding new gaskets and/or head bolts)

• Head skim (compression raising) extra @ £50 per head

• Full manifold port matching as part of above service (involving porting out manifolds where necessary) extra @ £75 per head

• Valve machining (edge and stem work) extra @ £20 per every 4 valves

• Valve guide machining extra @ £25 per every 4 valves

• Combustion chamber volume matching (often un-necessary) @ £80
