Supplied, fitted and tuned:
Oversize green air filter and re-location pipe, cold air ducting and heat shielding; 4 into 1 heat wrapped manifold and 2.5" exhaust system

Uprated cams, valve springs, con rod bolts, shim under lifters (for high lift), vernier pulleys, head machined for high valve lift, head skim, extensive porting work (including tvis device at this stage if fitted)

At this stage, due to the age of most of these engines (no pun intended) any further modification will either require a low mileage engine (<60Kkm) or a full engine rebuild.
For lower mileage, lower intended output engines:
Engine re-build, consisting of teardown, clean (inc. oil/waterways and threads), replacement bearings/piston rings/all seals, bore honing, including all parts; £450
For higher mileage, higher intended output engines:
As above but including replacement uprated connecting rods, valves, pistons (oversize, bored to suit) and head studs; £1700 (produces extra power)
As above but including:
Replacement big port head (if it's not already), 45-48mm throttle body's (depending on output level required), inlet manifold, itg air filter + plate, larger injectors
Est 75 bhp over standard
As above but including:
Use of link G2 ECU in place of megasquirt, dry sump lubrication and oversize oil cooler, distibutorless ignition system, (all enabling some serious high revs), custom inlet manifold used with 8 injectors (1 per valve)
